We are looking for a Project Manager that has around at least 8 years of experience as a PM running large projects. This person should have more experience on the contractor’s side and less on the owner’s side. This person will need to understand: contracts, POs, RFI’s, submittals, subcontracts, materials, invoicing, client relations, Co’s, scheduling, forecasting, permit needs, working with Cities and Counties, leading meetings, etc. Preferably a degree in CM, CE, ME, etc., although not absolutely required.
